• All meals are made-to-order and must be placed at least 24 hours in advance(at least a day prior).

• Orders can be placed through our official website.

• Payment must be made via debit or credit card.

• Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or modifications may not be possible. If any, you need to contact us.

• Each home chef prepares a limited number of meals per day.

• Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Menus are updated daily/weekly, and customers can choose meals in advance.

• Deliveries are arranged to your preferred location and time. Delivery charges may apply.

• If a meal is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

• All meals are prepared by verified home chefs who follow strict hygiene and quality standards.

• We conduct regular inspections to ensure food safety.

• Meals should be consumed within the recommended time and stored properly if not eaten immediately.

• Refunds are only applicable in cases of order errors, food quality concerns, or non-delivery.

• To request a refund, customers must contact us within 5 hours of receiving the order with proof (photos, order details).

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check the menu for ingredients, portion sizes, and allergens before ordering.

• Home-Cooked by Amma is not liable for any allergic reactions or issues arising from undisclosed dietary needs.

• We do not share personal data with third parties except for essential services (e.g., delivery, payment processing).
